Flooring Issues

During the installation process, issues that were previously hidden may appear.

This video shows off two issues that were discovered after removing a thick layer of black glue.

The first issue is a large hole or trench in the floor between two separate slabs of concrete. This large hole needed to be filled and flattened to match the height of the existing floor.

The second issue appears after the glue is removed. The previous tile floor pattern has stained a shadow like pattern on the concrete, grinding down the concrete only increased the contrast between the soaked in glue stain and the fresh bright concrete.
